It’s been a long time since when I recorded my first song….
I was just a child. But something special was happening inside myself.
I felt it was exactly what I was supposed to be and to do with my life.
So many people spend their whole life trying to figure that out.
But I was lucky enough to understand it so early in my life.
Since then, I worked like mad on my music!
And I’ve never stopped doing that, not a single day…
So, the 23th of April has been a very special day for me.
The day I could finally define myself as an Independent Artist.
The day I finally realized something I was looking forward for,
since when I recorded that first song, as a child.
It’s been the day of my first album’s release!!!

Many people discouraged my through the way…..
But I just stayed true to my values and ideas, despite everything and everyone.
Eventually, I got my personal reward.
I don’t care about being famous and make big hits….it’s just something that truly represents who I am as an artist, and as a person.
That’s enough for me.
This album has been composed, arranged, performed, mixed, produced and published ALL BY MYSELF.

Ci metto sempre molta cura nelle cose che faccio e ciò richiede anche tanto tempo per realizzarle.
Cmq, visto i numerosi apprezzamenti che sto ricevendo, non credo proprio che esiterò a pubblicare altri album in futuro!

Complimenti Andrea! Ho ascoltato alcune anteprime dei tuoi brani e mi hai stupito per la genuinità e la freschezza delle tue espressioni melodiche, ritmiche e dei testi, veramente fuori da ogni stereotipo. Ho apprezzato soprattutto "Looking for something" e "Angels in pain", forse perchè amo molto il soul e il blues. Ti auguro di non demordere su questa strada e di ricavarne le grandi soddisfazioni che meriti per la tua non facile scelta di privilegiare la coerenza all'ispirazione genuina piuttosto che il successo commerciale.

Si, quelli sono i brani dell'album che ad un primo ascolto della mia musica, piacciono alla maggior parte delle persone. Entrambi influenzati molto dalla "black music".
Il resto dell'album è più personale e richiede un pò più di tempo ed ascolto. Ma il blues c'è sempre. E' per me la componente essenziale. ;-)
